After I received my packages, few of my goods were having damages, one of the damage that claimed my complete fridge was the dents all over the body and the compressor was dislocated as well.
If you face a problem like me, be sure that the company will not take your phone calls, wont say when the reviewer will come to assess the damage, and you would have to run behind them. It has been five days now, and not even a promise of any fair action has been taken.
If you go for a cheaper movers and packers, then the extra cost taken by Agarwal PnM will be enough to buy the damaged good yourself. as an example:
Agarwal PnM: 25, 000
Other PnM: 12, 000
Cost of a new fridge: 11, 000
Still you can save 1, 000 bucks.
I heard bad reviews from everyone, however thought that this wont happen to me. Well, it happened. I would strongly suggest you to go with another PnM. AGARWAL PnM IS JUST ISN’T WORTH OUR HARD EARNED MONEY.
P.S.: I am waiting another day of this irresponsible service, after which I have plans to go to the consumer forum.
Think 100 times before taking this choice over other cheaper options.
