I had to shift from Delhi to Hyderabad and was recommended Agarwal Packers and Movers(P) Ltd. But it was later that I realized that there are two groups, one that operates from Hyderabad( http://www.agarwalpackers.in) and the other from agarwalpackers.com). I got confused by the site which appears to be almost same for both. I did not enquire much and called the Hyderabad group for the relocation services. But it’s now that I realize what a big mistake I had made.
Nothing happened as was promised. The group talks of having experienced professionals…. it’s all a crap. Not even the people handling the enquiry calls know how to talk. It was Anil Reddy who had assured me that from clothes to car, everything will be taken care of properly. I just need to make the payment and leave everything on them. And here it goes when I left everything on them…
Satveer came for the survey and coated the price. While packing the material, Soamdheer tells me that the so called coat cartoon, which they flaunt a lot for packing the clothes, they forgot to bring it and the clothes were packed in normal cardboard boxes. When I called the Delhi branch office, I had a word with some guy named Chauhan about the loss incurred but he rudely replied that they are no more responsible.
What a customer oriented and professional company it is! On what basis it got ISO certification…. I don’t understand.
On the other hand my colleague, who choose the Delhi Group, was completely satisfied and full of praise for them. I would suggest people to visit https://agarwalpackers.com if they want to avail packing and moving services and do not want that their money to go waste.
