Very bad experience this time. Our company has a tie up with Agarwal packers and movers ltd., else would have never shifted with them. Small items like knives, bottle openers, a few doxuments all are missing. Even the mandir items were not packed properly and left in the old house. We found them when we went for cleaning and survey the next day. They fool you by saying that u go and see that or give that and steal the items. I had handed over the knives myself for packing to one of the boys and now they are missing. Crockery rack is broken from all sides. Plants were thrown in the truck like stones.. very rude staff. They wouldnt listen and do whatever they want. I’ll go with 1 star as there is no 0 or negative rating which we can give.
