One of my worst experience was dealing with Agarwal Packers and Movers. I recently moved my household goods from Delhi to Pune. It included all my household furniture, kitchen and appliances.
Initially they quoted Rs.15, 000 and then it changed to Rs.40, 000 after packing and loading. It was a very bad experience for me and please don’t go for it.They will make other changes mandatory while billing. I suggest everyone not to go for these guys. They do not know how to talk with customers.The worst agents! They dont know how to behave with customers.He was creating an ugly scene at my house, but I waited patiently. Summary:
Overpriced and not worth the extra premium
Dishonest company
Rude customer service who dont understand the customers requirements
No transparency and absolutely no way to track shipment for the customer
They should be in Limca book of records for fraud There should be 0 rating also
