Highly disappointed and poor coordination.

My Vehicle suppose to be picked up on 25th March 2025 after I did the advance payment 10% of the total amount.
I am struggling since yesterdays and from customer care to coordinator Mr Shubham (92204 0xxxx) is keep on giving false promise and not responding to my messages and call.
This is highly unacceptable and unprofessional.
