I transported my limited edition bike from Chandigarh to Bangalore on 28thAug 2012 (Bill no : 824077 ) When I got it, I was shocked. The bike was as if it was run over by a truck. Everything was damaged from petrol tank to center stand. They initially said they will refund for the damage.
Then later they said they can only pay the gap amount after claiming the insurance. I send all the documents to agarwal packers. There was no response.
I send mails to cc.bangalore@agarwalpackers.com almost a 100 times. Every time I call they will tell I will get the money within 2 weeks. Its been six months now. I didn’t receive a single paisa from them.
Such pathetic service.
