I shifted my stuff to NCR last week and my experience with them has been horrendous. 2-3 hours is minimum gap between their committed time and actual time when you hear from them or see them. The staff here in Delhi rarely wears uniforms and does not beleive is carrying any ID card. I had to call up 4 to 5 people in Mumbai to get a confirmation that the staff is genuine and should be allowed entry in my house. The Delhi/NCR team beleives in making committment, not adhering to the same and then avoid your call.
