I have shifted my house hold goods atleast five times now. But after listening a lot about DRS group, Agarwal packers, chose them this time. But GOD. It was nightmare.
Total unethical people to work with. They change the terms and conditions after finalizing the same in writing as well in the mid of packing. Then you have no option but to accept their revised conditions and payment amounts.Also they have a team but not good enough to handle their entire work pressure. The labor is totally unorganized and they can harass you like anything.
Would advise better to choose a small packer and get the work done smoothly instead of going in for a big name and getting bullied and troubled.
