I have hired Agarwal team for shifting from Faridabad to Vaishali Ghaziabad on 29th March 2024 via GC no: GCFBD232401584.
Following is feedback / Complain /Mentor torture/Long follow up/ no Focal Point/ unprofessional/ un-ethical.
- CO-ORDINATION. MANY NUMBER SO FOCAL POINT/ NOT RESPONDING
It has been noted that there are so many numbers for contacting but whole shifting periods all are busy, even after paying of 10% advance money, nobody is picking phone, all time whole week, all number are busy, it says all BDO are busy, will call you back, but waiting for whole week no body call back. No Body even reply on WhatsApp also it is so frustrating that being your customer.
Following are numbers who have not responded.
a) Mr Ajay: 93550 2xxxx (Always not pick phone)
b) Mr Mantus: 931214xxxx Delivery In-charge (Always not pick phone)
c) Mr Kishan: 93126 64xxxx (not able to track where is driver)
d) Truck Driver: 97179 0xxxx (hired from third party, very rude)
e) Mr. Pradip -96670 3xxxx (Not allowing me to keep TV box for one day, I have already taken approval from Mr. Ajay, Ajay told me that he has given instruction to his team that they will not do unboxing of 55” Tv Box but Mr Pradip was not ready. I hired Urban Clap personal on high rate to installed TV on same day and return TV box. How unprofessional is Agarwal Mover & packers
f) Mr Sanjog: 95996-8xxxx (Unloading team, even many times reminder on WhatsApp, he did not pick empty box from my flat.

Why I was supposed to contact all these number. Agarwal team should able to manage by their self. I was so frustrated from above persons.
- PAKCING
Packing of items was done good,
- TRANSPORT VEHICAL CONDITION
a.) I have hired your company because your company are well reputed at internation level also. However, it is just name of your company, at ground level there is no quality of work.
b.) Your company hired a local truck from third party, Truck condition was very bad. Even your packing team member was stating that truck condition is not good, it can damage whole items. Even I denied to load on the truck, your packing team load it on truck.
WHY YOUR COMAPANY HAS HIERED TRCUK FROM THIRD PARTY, WHY IT IS NOT FROM AGARWAL LOGO TRUCK.
WHY YOUR COMPANY HAS NOT CHECK VEHICLE CONSTION BEFORE SENDING
WHY YOUR COMPANY HAS NOT CHECK TRUCK REGISTRATION, DIESAL TRUCK, NO ENTRY IN DELHI
I HAVE PAID 31000 TO AGARWAL TEAM NOT THAT THIRD Party TRANSPORT COMPANY
WHAT A RUBISH EXPERICEN I HAVE FACED.
I WILL NOT RECOMMNED TO ANY ONE
WILL GOING TO FILE A CASE FOR SUCH A MENTAL TOR
c.) Transport vehicle / Truck /Route taken
The loading truck is a diesel truck, more than 10 years old, driver state that he cannot enter in Delhi due to diesel vehicle is 10 years old. Traffic police will fine him, so has taken some long route via KPM express way, Duhai (Ghaziabad).
My items were supposed to reach at destination (Vaishali, Ghaziabad) at 3.30 PM on 29th March 2024, however due to bad vehicle condition and other mistake from your team
d.) Truck Driver
Truck Drive was very rude person, he took very long route to deliver my items.
He doesn’t know a simple route, you packing team member Mr Roopak (95075-4xxxx) was calling him since 9.30 am (on 29 March 2024) but he reached around 12.30pm. He was very late why he took 3 hours to reach at Pick up point.
I have to go to pick him from midway to pick up point.
Why I was supposing to do this, I have hired Agarwal team, you team should go and bring him to pick up point.
Because truck condition was not good, it was a diesel truck, not able to enter in Delhi. Driver took long route via KMP , Duhai and reached next days.
What a pathetic experience with Agarwal team
e.) Unloading team
Despite of reminding Unloading team and Mr Kishan at 9 am, unloading team was reached at destination point at 12.30 PM.
Why so much delay.
I have taken special permission from my office but all time was waste just for call coordinating and wating for Agarwal team
Just useless Agarwal team,
f.) UNPROFESSIONAL UNLOADING TEAM
There was only one person in unpacking and unloading team who belong to Agarwal Mover, rest are hired from Labour chowk. They don’t know which side of box to keep upside and side, they kept PCB side of AC at down side, AC damages,
My Sofa set Centre table fabric tear off. Agarwal Claim team is denied to provide money for this.
AC PCB start malfunctioning
Laundry basket damaged
55” TV sensor not working.
For above damaged, your Claim team denied to compensate
You are world class Mover & packer, such a pathetic service.

Going to do a legal Court case for such a mental harassment
