Message :Pathetic! My consignment from Mumbai to Bangalore hasn’t reached in 7 days and when I called the Bangalore office, Their reply was go and check with the warehouse. Why in the world would I have to pay money for me to check in the warehouse? I am yet to receive the consignment. And I know I am going to have problems.

Dear Sir,
House hold goods for transportation was booked on 18 Jan 13, form Kolkat to Pune.Kolkata office person Mr Sinha behaved in a derogatory manner when contacted for position of goods. Further your Pune office refused to deliver the goods until octrio duty was paid [Rs 1350/-] which is contrary to the aggrement & declaration certificate for transfer of personal belongings. Even after speaking to Kolkata office it was not sorted out & Pune office collected Rs 350/- in cash without any receipt. this was not expected from a company of your reputaion. May I request an investigation & feed back for this kind of misbehaviour by your staff.
