It takes too much effort to communicate with them. They don’t lift phones. They do not respond to emails. They did not come to my house for even survey despite of booking survey schedule 3-4 times. When I called them and asked customer care, they gave me mobile number of the concerned person, who again did not respond properly, refused to help and asked to call again to customer care to schedule the survey. Looks like they are too busy and they are too arrogant about it. They just don’t care about even getting any new orders.
