Long story, in short-
-Got my bike delivered from Delhi to Mumbai.
-Very smartly did not inform me about the Octroi charges - while their website explicitly states - "All charges and taxes" included.
-Promised that the insurance rep. would come to inspect within a week.
-These chaps don’t respond to calls or texts at all.
So, decide for yourself and take anything else on Earth but this "service."
