I shifted from Bangalore to Pune in July 2012. At the time of packing, they promised a lot, and charged 7000 higher compared to other packers company. For safe delivery of my luggage, I paid 7k extra to them. They brought small truck and piled my all luggage each other. When I said that it may get damaged, they said don’t you worry sir, we’re professional expert in shifting. There won’t be any damage, and in case If there is any damage, we’ll settle at the time of delivery itself.
At the time of delivery, they insisted to make payment only then they will start unloading my luggage from truck, even when I said that start unloading, I’ll make payment in between. Called customer care, got the same response. I paid them, then they started unloading, then I realized that all of my luggage were in pathetic condition, and my bike petrol-tank was totally busted, as if someone has hit it with hammer. I called the customer care, they said someone will be coming in an hour or two. I skipped my office, waited for them, and their workers ran away with truck after unloading, neither they unpacked the luggage. After then I tried many calls, many emails, but no response at all.
