I hired these guys at an exorbitant price of 25, 000 Rs to move my the little furniture I had from Pune to Chennai. The package arrived on time. Upon opening the packages, I discovered that there were so many damages. The couches and mattresses were soggy with the recent rains. The mattress cover was soiled. The center table glass was shattered into a thousand pieces! Anticipating this type of service, I had taken an insurance of 1, 00, 000 Rs.
The survey guy came and took a very careful look at the 1000 pieces and told me he will discuss with his’company’ and let me know. The next day he called me and told me that he could not find the glass to replace and will give Rs. 1, 000 as the replacement price of the glass which was insured at Rs. 20, 000! After a lot of screaming, they brought up the value of Rs. 2, 500 which I had no choice but to agree.
Friends, please DO NOT use them. They are extremely unprofessional, rude, very inferior service quality and the claims department is full of thieves who will try to cheat you by every means.
