We hired Agarwal Packers and Movers Ltd. a week ago. They are the WORST movers and packers.
Firstly, the packing was pathetic, they mixed up everything and kept keeping things, which we told them not to mix. This was when we had packed most of the stuff ourselves(before their arrival).
After the 1st load, when they had to unload, they tortured us by not unloading our stuff without the FULL payment.(This wasn’t told to us before- when we talked to their supervisor, he said the payment will be made AFTER the work is COMPLETE. The shared documents(that the company shared with us also DID NOT MENTION THIS)- upon asking, the supervisor sent us a copy of a wrong document(that wasn’t shared with us) and highlighted the portion where it was mentioned that the payment needs to be made before the 1st unloading. Obviously, when someone’s material goods are just stuck, they don’t think much, we instantly caught him and said that the document isn’t shared with us, and after A LOT of discussions he finally agreed.(this took at least 2 hours) BECAUSE OF WHICH OUR WHOLE DAY WAS GONE, AND THE COMPANY DID NOT EVEN UNPACK ANYTHING, THEY JUST THREW ALL THE THINGS FROM THEIR CARTONS(because they need to collect the cartons), and just left the whole house in polybags(WITHOUT ANY INDICATION WHICH PRODUCT IS WHERE), it took us almost 9-10 days, to unpack!
This is not it, the electronics and furniture were DAMAGED AND DENTED.
NEVER go for them. They are the worst movers and packers in the country(and most likely abroad).
They misbehave, torture and harass people. The shittiest service provider ever, with very high pricing, to make them look premium- DON’T GET FOOLED- AVOID.
