These goons in the market are looting people due to brand name. Its high time to show them a lesson that they cannot make fool of everyone only because of Brand name They dont have any ethics to talk to customer. Once you pay the charges, no guarantee that your items will reach to you safely. Anything could be damaged. Not only that, if you ask them for the insurance claim, they will offer only 1k or 2k whereas your damage is for around 20-25K even if you have taken insurance for 100k. If you talk about consumer forum for complaint, their replies was that they know the rules better than customer. So does not matter what you say, they dont have any fear of legal action. They think that they know all the loopholes. Not sure but few of their staff also told me that APML keeps lawyer to deal with customer, so he can scare the customers incase anyone talk about taking legal action or reaching out to consumer forum.
