I contacted Agarwal packers and movers (60015001) recently as I relocated from Delhi to Bangalore. Following were the things that was transported:
5 seater sofa
Center table with glass top
Double bed with box
Sofa bed (very heavy)
32 inches LCD TV and a 29 inches big old fashioned heavy TV
A small wooden almirah
Stove, gas cylinder, microwave, a double door fridge and all other kitchen utensils and stuff
And a lot of clothes, shoes etc. (total 33 items)
For the whole stuff, they had asked for 40, 000/- but came down to 30, 000/- (i had talked to other companies also, some of them were charging less than this amount but none of them looked as professional as Agarwal, so we settled with the brand).
They took the whole amount by the cheque the same day they came for packing.
The things were packed at my house on the 7th floor and were taken to the new house on 2nd floor.
They came on the day we asked them to come to pack the things and they delivered on the exact date and time that we wanted.
Initially, I was worried after reading some negative reviews but once they came and started packing the stuff, I was rest assured that the furniture and everything else will be absolutely safe.
They got a lot of cartons, soft cloth sheets, plastic etc as packing material. The way they packed everything, there was no chance of anything getting damaged.
I would recommend Agarwal packers and movers for absolutely tension free shifting.
