Bade Bhaiya’s “Original” Agarwal Movers and Packers – DRS Group – Bade Waade, Bahut hi Bade Karnaame!
Like many others that move homes, I trusted Agarwal Movers and Packers. The biggest mistake! This supposedly ISO-Certified company, that has earned many awards and accolades, is not even capable of accountability for the damage they have caused to my property!
Agarwal Movers and Packers takes money from the customers and then passes the job to some cheaper company. They are not movers and packers. They are just brokers/middlemen who cheat people that trusted the brand name.
@DRSgroup @dayanandagarwal @badebhaiya if your company’s financial state is so poor that you have to resort to such cheap tactics to make money, please declare bankruptcy and shut your company down. Stop looting the customer’s hard-earned money. And, in the meanwhile, have some decency to take ownership of the damage you cause to the customer’s precious assets!
When I contacted the Andheri Sakinaka, Mumbai office, Ruchita made tall promises about how they are the best and the most trusted and that they take complete responsibility to make door-to-door delivery, including loading and off-loading, without even the smallest of scratch on my Royal Enfield Bike.
First, the delivery was delayed . I was being passed around from Ruchita from the Andheri Sakinaka office to Sandeep from the godown(who is very rude), to Rajesh from transport.
Second, to my surprise, the person who delivered my Royal Enfield was from another company, GATI movers and packers . GATI is a company I chose not to use for this job. They are cheaper – they charge half the price, but they have a poor reputation. The delivery person from GATI refused to offload the bike and asked me to call Agarwal Movers and Packers and to pay them extra for the off-loading. I showed him the receipt and told him I had already paid for everything, including the off-loading but he refused to see or listen. I had to pay Rs. 2, 000 from my pocket to a local person to offload my bike.
And last, but not the least, my bike was damaged, and the original parts were missing! I was so shocked to see the condition of my Royal Enfield!
Both the side mirrors were missing.
The side stand was broken. My bike was leaning on the side of the tempo in which they had brought it.
The front and back mudguards have lots of deep scratches.
Side signals for both sides are broken.
I called the Andheri, Mumbai Office. When I asked Ruchita why was GATI delivering my bike when I had paid them for the delivery and when I told her about the missing parts and the damage to my bike, she told me that her job is to only collect the money. What happens after that is not her problem. And then she stopped answering my calls.
I was then passed on to Mr. Biju Varghese from the Cochin branch who very generously offered me a compensation of Rs. 1, 200. When I explained to him that I would have to spend at least 10 times more to get my Royal Enfield repaired and to get the missing parts, he told me to go to the consumer court.
What a brilliant example of accountability and responsibility they are.
bad and horrible service . I would never recommend this to any one.
@DRSgroup @badebhaiya @agarwalpackersnmovers you should give them a promotion. Use the money that they help you loot from the customers and give them some percentage of the money they make for you.
IF ONLY I HAD READ ENOUGH REVIEW BEFORE HIRING THEM . I WOULD NOT HAVE FALLEN IN THIS TRAP .
PLEASE DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. THIER SERVICES ARE ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC.
THEY LITERALLY GIVE THE MOVING SERVICE TO COME OTHER CHEAPER COSTING MOVING COMPANIES AND THEY DONT DO THE MOVING THEMSELF.
IN MY CASE THEY TOOK THE MONEY AND GAVE THE MOVING CONTRACT TO " GATI MOVERS AND PACKERS ".
