Firstly, there are 70-odd "agrawal packers" across India which are just duplicated to the Original DRS Group Agarwal Packers(they do have a logo designed "A").
I am writing this review for "Agrawal Excellent Packway Movers Pvt.Ltd" with the website https://agrawalpackersmovers.com.They have their office in Tathawade in Pune(as mentioned in their bill and quotation, I haven’t checked it physically)
If you feel, you shall be dealt in a professional manner, just forget it.This is a company with no standards.
When they came to my place for a survey, they gave me a quotation of some value, which was up to their calculation.They don’t have the individual item charges written anywhere.
It was some value in the quotation which I thought was within my budget and I went for their services.
2 persons came on the scheduled date on time and started packing of the items.
Packing stuff and the efforts were quite impressive.It was done quite cleanly and swiftly and concluded with a proper packing list.
I thought I had made a great choice of choosing their services!
BUT.when they packed all stuff and loaded it in their truck, the reality came just after that.
They started with the documents then.
The final invoice that they made and conveyed to me was way above from the quotation.
The quoted value was 17605/-+ 12.36% service taxes.
The Invoice value calculated to a whopping 28000/-!
They included some non-sense labor union charges and some Bilti charges etc.in it.
You shall be kept no-where in that situation when all your stuff is packed and loaded in the truck and you are given a bill of something you can’t even imagine.
They didn’t deliver the shipment on the committed time and didn’t unload the materials even, as included in the services.All persons in various phones numbers provided either talked very rudely or didn’t take the pain to respond even!
So, I request you all reading this review, to please BEWARE of them.
Ask for the following when you ask a quotation:
Itemized quotation of all materials.
Exact estimate inclusive of all.
Ask them that you shall be paying all road taxes and octrai charges etc.at actuals at the time of unloading(which they didn’t agree in my case)
Most importantly, the exact date of delivery of the shipment.(They didn’t give it to me in writing anywhere.Just told a period of 10 days max as delivery time, verbally)
The Insurance of the material(to be sent along with the shipment) which they claim, as 3% of the total declared value of the materials to be shipped.
An invoice at last that should mention the Itemized pricing viz: Transport, Insurance, Service taxes etc.
Please spread the word amongst all your contacts and save people from such frauds!
