Very bad experience with these people.
Big cheaters. Guys, you just can’t go with name. I had used Agarwal Packers & Movers in December’2013 from Hyderabad to Bangalore.
One of my Carton package got missed. But guys, they are too intelligent cheaters. They know the items inside the package. My package contains buckets, mugs, dustbin, shoes and nuts & bolts of my double cot bed & TV stand. These intelligent cheaters had brought a dirty dustbin, with the same carton number on it, instead of my carton box.
I am not sure how this can happen by mistake? Still I accepted that it happened by mistake and asked them to help in getting my double cot bed and TV stand to be fixed with nuts & bolts. They have promised to send carpenter to my house to get the required nuts & bolts from outside. But no one turned up and when I asked them about it, they replied saying that, it’s not their responsibility.
Be careful with these cheaters.
If every things goes well, all packers & movers are good in their delivery, but only best one can handle tough situations. Agarwal is just a normal packers & mover. Just don’t go with the publicity and name.
I had never heard about this kind of situation, during house shifting in my friends circle.
We can hear something like missing and delivered to someone else etc. But these guys are trying to manipulate it. I could identify that wrong dustbin, otherwise I was trapped and they can put blame on me.
I wish I will never get an opportunity to use Agarwal Packers in my future.
