I am just trying to recover from the nightmarish experience with Agarwal Packers & Movers Ltd. https://agarwalpackers.com.
There were delays, damages to goods and when I questioned them, the behaviour was extremely rude.
It was very obvious that they have employed thick skinned labour and staff who don’t care a damn about the customer. When I questioned about the delay and requested to deliver as committed the response was that the do not have any staff and if I insisted more they would delay even further ! Can you beat it !!!
There is absolutely no match between the credentials that they have put up on the website ( Limca book of records and other awards) and the service that they deliver.
Finally when they unpacked...they were only interested in collecting their empty boxes and dumped all our goods with no help. They could hardly fix the beds, do not know how to handle the washing machine. There are damages which they refuse to acknowedlge.
Extremely rude staff and disorganised.
I should have read the reviews earlier before selecting them. No wonder there is such bad feedback about them. Trust be it is not a one off bad experience. Having seen their attitude and behaviour I am sure this must be a common experience with many of their other customers.
