I had sent my car through this company, and I did the biggest mistake by sending it through agarwal packers and movers. When I received my car first time I saw my car in so bad condition. my seat covers were torn, completely dirty with grease marks. Wind screen completely scared all over the place. Door lock broken. The person who come for delivery was not even ready to wait till I check my car. I noticed that my petrol tank was half filled when I gave it to them, but speedo meter was showing only 47 kms used. I got doubt and went out for a drive and I noticed that the speedo meter was not working, I took it to the mechanic and he then showed me that the speedo meter cable was removed and tied to some the cable.
That is when I minutely checked my vehicle and I found that the behind door lock was broken, what was the need for any one to even open back door lock if it has come on a trailer. Secondly my back seat was torn, it was fully with dirty patches, why did they have to even seat on back seat if they only had to put the vehicle in a trailer. I had given them the vehicle after doing 60000 kms servicing and even an extra complete water servicing, then how did interior of my vehicle was completely dirty and full of dust, do they open all glasses and put it in the trailer, I don’t think so. My wiper was little old and had some cuts on it, and I thought i will replace it when I get it to delhi, but it was changed by this people, why did they change the wiper, when it had to come on a trailer, and how did the wind screen got so many scratches if it was not used. the front tyre bolt was broken so I checked my Stepney and yes it was changed with my original tyre rim bend. My engine is making so much sound.
All this factors clearly shows that the vehicle was badly used by this people. They are planned cheaters , their clauses will clearly say they are not responsible for engine and battery(it shows that they will not carry your vehicle through trailer but by driving since it will cost them less).i am repeatedly calling to their customer care but no response at all, from 28th of feb till date every second day I call them but they are not responding to my query , on that the customer care representative is connecting me to the trailer driver, will that person say that he has used it. Agarwal packers and movers are big cheaters, please do not believe them. Waste service.
