The exorbitant price you pay is not totally worth. I recently shifted from Ahmedabad to Cuttack. No doubt, the quality of packing and materials used were of high quality however I am certainly disappointed by their customer service.
They had said that they would take one day and pack everything and next day they will just load into truck and send it. however, they just sent two people for packing. This was impossible. The amount of goods we had required 4-5 people.
No carpenter for opening the bed, no electrician for AC. On calling the head person 10 times, he replied once. And after 2 minutes he calls the fellow packing at my house and asks him to do the work of carpenter and electrician. I pitied the fellows.
It was not their fault. It was their boss who didn’t provide man-force. Eventually it took more 1.5 days to pack and send the truck. Then, they were supposed to update us about the whereabouts of the truck and the mascot. However, after repeated calling nobody told is about the mascot or truck. Very poor service.
