I’ve used their service for domestic shift with in Bangalore by paying almost 2 times compared to other quotes with the expectation that these guys will do it timely & professionally. But both of them are not true.
I’ve requested for start of their service at 9AM. They assured that they will be present on-time. And no one appeared on that day till 12PM. When I call customer care person, he says driver is on the way & he will reach. When I ask for reasons, he threatens saying that he will withdraw that & don’t even pay my advance amount. I had to travel next day, so I didn’t have another choice other than to go with them.
If their customer care person itself behave like this, understand the labor who had come. First half-an-hour, everything went good. After that they started taking out things with out any packing. No documentation( but they charge 250rs) . Even for unpacking they keep cribbing saying they need to leave. Overall it was a big mistake to trust these guys!
I would never recommend these kind of guys who has head weight. Better pay 500rs or 1000rs extra, and go with others!
