I selected Agarwal Packers as they appeared to be very professionaI and they came with ISO certifications etc.I used Agarwal Packers to move from Cochin to Kolkata. I ended up in Kolkata with lot of furniture, curios and crockery broken.
Of course almost all my wife’s plants were destroyed. (Never happened with other packers) In Cochin they were supposed to pack and load in 2 days, yet they took 3 days. My var was supposed to be loaded on Day 2 but they had to be constantly chased to do this even on Day 3.
Their carpenter fixed things by Glueing broken pieces together ! They were very overconfident while packing and obviously sloppy while loading. ( This is done at their warehouse, away from your apartment from where they take your stuff in small trucks.)
They brought my car almost 2 weeks after my car reached. I had problems while unloading as they delayed matters.They pestered me for Tips after unloading. I had to chase them to pay damages and once they gave their cheque almost 3 months later, it bounced. DO NOT USE THEM - they are probably the worst packers I have used in my experience which is 7 relocations in 28 years.
