I am also facing same problem while I have paid the Insurance amount. I have transfer my house hold goods from Delhi to Bangalore on Dec-2012. While uploading the goods the Delhi folks packed all good properly, but the Supervisor wasnt with them its one issue.
When my goods delivered in Bangalore on 5th Jan 2013, at that time also no Supervisor with them, the labors worked as per there capacity. My some goods got damage, at that time that labor told me that our survey team will come and audit the same, meanwhile you had mentioned those items which got damages.
I was waiting for any response from Agarwals team, not no one contact me then I had made a call to them, then I got one mobile No of Claim department. As he told me that we will come soon. But still I am waiting for them.
In meanwhile I had made a call to Delhi branch with whom I contacted at the time of book. He provide me one another mobile no, when I called them he again gave me same number of claim department and the I am roaming from one to another in loop.
Last week I had made one another call to Delhi branch I got one mobile no of Delhi, as he told me that please write a mail to some email ids (provided by him) we will definitely worked on it. As he also excused that if your goods would delivered in Delhi then I will stand in front of you. Actually It is in Bangalore so I wont commit you.
I have sent a mail at the same time and he also replied me over the phone. I am surprise that what is the sense of Bangalore or Delhi branch. It means Bangalore branch is useless.
With very disappointed mood with Agrawal packers, waiting for there claim team of Bangalore location.
