This is 100% truth what I am sharing with you all, be very careful with Agarwal packer(APML) and pls dont go with this company.
I have booked my house hold item from bangalore to pune . My items are taken to bangalore warehouse and same day I had cancel it because some office reason I needs to stay back here. Next day my house hold item came back from bangalore warehouse to my home, its not sent to pune.
I have paid Rs. 43, 000 while booking. When I asked REFUND still now they have not given. Iam asking only part payment not full amount. I checked with multiple other packer they said they will detect 20 to 50% but Agarwal zero refund. this is the way Agarwal looting money from people.
While packing House old item 10 people came to house to pack the items, but while delivering only 2 person came and unskilled people without having proper tools.
1.Any one think how it possible to shift very big item from ground floor to 1st floor with two people.?
- They don’t have experience to fix cot they broken cot
3.They don’t have experience to fix cupboard again broken
4.They don’t have experience to fix Split AC, gas got leaked with in two day.
I called customer care people nearly 50 times and sent couple of mails no positive response and customer people are also unprofessional the way they speak and bangalore office staff is very low grade qualification staff not even know English always says " BOLO" , iam great south indian I don’t know what is meaning of bolo and they don’t know any other language apart from bolo.
finally I got only irritation with this company no money back I put effort for 6 months. Pls be careful this is my request to all.
