I sent my house hold goods and car....They charged me Rs 90, 000....and result????
Odometer cable was found removed, car driven like hell and was damaged...they left it at a godown 300 km short of my destination and asked me to pick it up from there while I had paid for till destination..
Many of the boxes were broken due to dropping and multiple handling...The household goods did not arrive in a company lorry but in a third rate truck dumped like junk whose driver did not have any clue about the company booking..Strangely the service adviser who booked my luggage had advised me to go for separate insurance and not the one offered by the company bundled in the deal..
Apart from my car, washing machine, electronic items, refrigerator, crystal crockery and furniture were found damaged..
PLEASE DON’T GET CARRIED AWAY BY THEIR UNIFORMS AND SWEET WORDS...ALL THAT CHANGES AT DESTINATION.....
