I shifted from Noida to Pune on 4th Jan 2014, I was supposed to 16000/- Rs back after the shift.
1 > The luggage was reached to Pune within one week, but when opened several items were broken, refrigerator was damaged from bottom, dressing mirror was shattered, several crockery items were broken.
When I told the this to unloading labor they tried to convinced me that no it was like that only. When insisted and contacted several times. They sent one carpenter and he somehow did some workaround to fix the mirror and bent refrigerator.
Rest of the things they didn’t care.
2> Loading and unloading staff intentionally come to you and ask for tips min Rs. 100/- each to make them happy.
3> Real story started after this, I was supposed to get a refund of 16k, when contacted at the time of start they told me that after the shift within 1-2 days you will get your cheque. But even after many days of shift no body contacted me and so I had to make hundreds of calls and emails to their Delhi office again and again. finally they sent me a scanned copy of cheque on 7th Feb
> This cheque was PDC dated 18th Feb.
> After getting the courier of cheque from them, I told to myself its over and deposited the cheque to my bank.
> To my shock this cheque got bounced on 21/02/2014.
And now I have just written a reply mail to those guys and still waiting for the story to end . So that’s what now these guys have started doing to people. No responsible and accountable person there to talk to .
Can you imagine a cheque getting bounced from this company? This is pathetic, not acceptable.
So next time, be careful in choosing the movers and packers for you.
