I am a victim of availing the Pathetic Service of Agarwal Packers and Movers. I regret to avail their services while moving my house goods from Bangalore to Delhi.
I don’t even wish to give the minimum rating, if there was an option of negative ratings I would have selected the highest negative rating for Agarwal Packers & Movers.
They will not deliver what is committed during the survey and giving the quotation.
The quality of packing material they use is horrible. When the packing boys come they are short of packing material so they will just pack the things somehow.
There is no de-markation done for Fragile and Non-fragile goods. Everythings is just DUMPED in the cartons. No filling with newspapers or bubble papers is done.
When my goods were unloaded, most of the boxes were broken/damaged, many items were missing, my bike indicators were broken, in all the things were in bad shape.
They will ask for complete payments in advance and if a single paisa is unpaid they will not deliver the goods. Seems they know in advance what type of service these people give so atleast take their money and leave the customer crying.
Customer satisfaction is nowhere in their dictionary. The way their staff talks to you is abusive.
If you ever wanted to know the status of your goods in transit, no one in the company will be ever able to tell you.
Most of the staff is uneducated and will talk to you very rudely. You will pay their service amount not because you are happy, but because you will not like to spoil your hard earned house goods.
The packing boys are always in hurry and what to tell about the supervisors, you will feel as if you are working for Agarwal Packers as a supervisor.
At last all I would say is if you do not love your goods then only think of availing their service. As soon as the packing boys step into your home, you will start feeling the mental harassment and the regret why called them for packing.
On the otherhand, when I had moved from Delhi to Bangalore, I engaged Transworld International. I had a wonderful experience with Transworld. There was not even a single paisa of mental tension. They had even washed my car externally before delivery.
I strongly suggest DRS Agarwal Packers should be banned for ever and the owners should be sent behind the bars.
