DRS Group is not applicable for single STAR also.
Agrawal movers and packer DRS group is fraud company in India be careful while shifting any thing through this company they charge you more and they talk like MNC but actually as per my experience this company.
Local mover and packers is better then Agarwal and mover(DRS group).
I have shifted my house hold from Mumbai to Kolkata with DC Number 4606885 on 18th July while booking my house hold they behave like professionals and very careful about you and our material.once I have booked they told me within 10-15 days they got payment.
My house hold reach at Kolkata in 27th July but they are not deliver to my house I don’t have Kolkata office number I called up DRS group call center they given me 4-5 number most of the number switch off or not in service.for delivery I made near about 100 calls to DRS group, sent mail to company they are not bothered to reply your call as well as mail.
I called up DRS group service head reddi his number is forwarded to call center sometime his mobile is ringing but he is not picking the phone even he is not replied my mail also, some how I managed and got delivery on 4th August.
Once tempo reached my house and seen my thing I become sad this is rainy season tempo came in open condition there is no tarpaulin at all I asked driver why you bring my things like that he is answer company not providing tarpaulin if you want I will deliver or I will take it back taken delivery on 4th August but they have not unpacked They went off.
For unpacking I have same exercise what I have done for delivery and they came on 14th August for unpacking.
Once my house hold is unpacked and seen I feel I have chosen world worst company(Agarwal Movers and packers DRS Group)for
My house hold shifting.
Each and every thing is damaged I called Kolkata Branch manager he told me we will send claim department person he will see and give us report then same exercise I have done what I have done for delivery and unpacking.
They came on 17th August they told me you received your house hold thing such a pathetic condition he made the report till date no action taken by company now no one picking my call same way no reply on mail.my Almira, computer table, washing machine mattresses are damaged condition even my suitcase lock was broken if any one having this company chairman, director mail I’d cell number please share.
request you not to use Agarwal movers and packers specially(DRS group) they are chitter and fraud company they will not pick your call and they will not reply your mail.
