After too much of follow up and a lot of mental harassment by your team(your customer care uses abusive language even towards a woman), my consignment reached on 29th April 2019 at 7 pm in the evening, whereas as per the commitment it was to reach us on 27th April 2019.
Now again my nightmare had started.
The 1st thing I found was the changed vehicle. The vehicle which had come for loading the consignment was registered as HR55S2961(closed body) and the vehicle which had come for unloading was HR39C5961(open body without tripoline). Point No. 1 of the email dated 24th April 2019 clearly said " Sir, this is sure that Vehicle will be dedicated and Direct, but close body or open body will depend on availability, also if we send open body that will be covered by Double tripoline." But yet the vehicle which has come for loading the consignment was different from the vehicle that had come for unloading. This change of vehicle was done without our information or consent. Reason for the same may please be provided.
Point no. 2 of the email dated 24th April 2019 clearly says that " Sir, at our end Goods, will be moved safe but if by any mishappening it got damage then claim will settle in a week, if any missing also it will short out in a week". I have already registered a complaint with your customer care regarding missing and damaged goods but no survey has been done so far. So I think that your promise of settling the mishappening in 1 week is fake.
Now, as already emailed to you on 28th April 2019, your team has the best policy of not picking up the mobile phone of their customers. I have call records and recording of various phone calls regarding the delay in delivery of consignment and the damage of goods, but your team simply finds it best to ignore. I am truly getting harassed unnecessarily by you and your team.
Your team who had come for unloading forcefully asked me and my father to sign the receipt and said that till the time they dont get the signature, they would not leave home. They had threatened us of dire consequences also. Is this the way to deal with a woman and an old man, and you call yourself number 1 packers and movers.
The list of damaged things are as follows:
1.Dressing table
2.Centre table(one leg chipped off)
3.Almirah
4.2 no of Engineering books missing as the box carrying the books was already open
5.Laopala dinner set broken.
6.The containers containing the grocery was open. There was sugar, salt and tea- leaves everywhere.
I want compensation for the damaged goods, crockery and the missing books within 1week as per the commitment by your team. I also want compensation for extra hotel stay which we had to bare because of you not fulfilling your promise of timely delivery and the mental agony and the mental harassment I have faced. I am again repeating that I have all the recorded conversations with your team.
I am enclosing the photographs of the damages that we are facing because of your mishandling of the consignment. I am also enclosing the email dated 28th April 2019 for your reference.
