It is my sincere advise to everyone to stay away from Agarwal Packers and Movers - DRS group if you want the security of your family, your house old goods and peace of mind.
I had a terrible experience while shifting my goods from Mumbai to Delhi. On the day of the packing they sent 3-4 people who were not in uniform, they looked like ruffians and did not know how to talk or behave. This is in spite of the fact that their charges are reasonably high as compared to market standards. Their packing team did not know how to pack items properly. On being checked by us they misbehaved with the ladies of the household. I had to throw one guy out of my house and complained to the manager that I will inform the police then he sent someone else as a replacement.
The packing was done very badly with the result that a large number of my goods were damaged - Steel Almirah, Paintings, TV and Fridge. Total Damage was more that Rs. 50, 000/-.
On the day of the unpacking I received a call from their truck driver at 5 AM in the morning asking me for directions. I told him this was not the time to call anyone, he told me that since there were no entry restrictions in Delhi he had been sent at 5 AM. This is there typical way of working extremely unprofessional and uncivilized.
After repeated follow up’s on the damages they told me that they would be paying me Rs. 5000. They guy who came to deliver the cheque demanded money from me. I told him to I was not required to pay anything, he tried to forcibly enter the house and snatch the cheque back from me. When I threatened to call the police that he left the place
I would like to advise everyone please stay away from Agarwal Packers and Movers - DRS group. they are a bunch of useless criminals who can be dangerous. There leadership team in Delhi consisting of Ria, Dinesh etc and all useless who are just out to make money. They have very bad service standards and the staff comes from dubious backgrounds
