Packing and unpacking(pick up/drop of belongings): 0 star
Their workers are not that professional as they would simply ask for the tip at least of 2000 and which I believe is not professional. If they really did a good job, customer would give as token of appreciation, but the workers don’t have any right to demand and insist certain amount as a tip. Whenever you book this service(I suggest not to), kindly tell the booking executive that you would decide that on the spot based on the experience.
If you choose this service, don’t forget to opt for insurance else they will damage and hence will not be entitled to pay you a penny for damage of your valuables.
Transport: 1 star
The only thing that is commonly delivered by packers and movers is the actual transport of the home. so, only 1 star for that.
Damages: Most of my stuff was not handled properly(messed/spilled) and they had only 2 workers to unpacking at the destination home. They damaged my Sofa(3+1+1 seater) with huge dent, cracks all over along with unlocking of the wooden handles of my Sofa. Probably the worst thing about this service.
Insurance Claim: I opted for insurance claim during the packing at source city though their executive kept on saying that "nothing would happen to your stuff, kindly believe us". In spite of this, I opted for insurance and got the belongings covered. With Sofa covered for 18000(as claim amount). When I reached to them asking for the claims considering the damages are 85%, they said they can offer only 6000 which is unacceptable and insulting as they broke my sofa reduced the life if it and offering me 1/3rd of the amount. Disgusting claims process.
The claims team would talk to you like you owe them something.
Customer Experience: 0 star
Worst customer service, they wont address your concerns/queries/requests swiftly, so if you’re thinking of a service which will update you with various stages of the movement of your home, forget it, this is not the service that you need. The staff including the head of the region kept on passing the ball to different people.

I have recently used the moving service from Bangalore to Pune from DRS Group Agarwal Packers and movers. This was the most regretful decision of my life. They transported my home from Bangalore to Pune but damaged the sofa on the way. I feel cheated using their service and opted only because of their goodwill(which I believe is deteriorating).
Friendly note cum alarm to DRS India: Kindly don’t take customers for granted and don’t insult them and harass them like you do. If you really want to learn more about why customer like me is dissatisfied, learn more about your own ignorance and carelessness.
