I recently made a mistake of using services of DRS Group for shifting to Delhi from Jalandhar.
There was only one skilled packer rest had no clue how to pack things. Most of my crockery was packed without wrapped in newspaper or bubble wrap.
Packing was completed around 6 and truck came at 10.
We came to know the truck had already household articles bound to go to West Bengal.
Whereas we were told our stuff will go in a separate truck .
Anyhow truck was loaded at 12 at night and were told it won’t reach next day but day after.
My stuff was unoaded at store house at Gurgaon warehouse then in 2 small separate trucks was sent to me .
My fridge was broken .
Several crockery items were broken
Central table glass was broken
Almost all pots broken .
There is no coordination among staff , branches , branch managers ..they just pass on the blames on each other.
I feel cheated even after paying so much I received such bad service .
I ignored warning from a friend and their recent client who shifted from Jalandhar to Gujrat .You please don’t make same mistake .
