I read reviews from mouthshut about various product or services frequently. This is my first review on mouthshut. I recently relocated from Pune to Hyderabad. I was looking for a good movers and packers to relocate my house holds. I contacted a number of movers. After discussing with a local movers and packers I decided to go with Agrawal movers and packers from DRS group. Their charges are higher than local or others but I need a good service, money is not my concern( as my new company has to pay all the relocation expenses:)). My items include bike, bed, fridge, dressing table and other house holds. I called them and ask to come at 9 A.M. They asked me for 10 A.M but I told them that I am very busy so come at 9 A.M and I wonder they reached on 9 A.M exactly. The first impression was very good about their timely service. They packed all the items in a very good manner and loaded.
After 5 days I got the call from their Hyderabad office that my my items are in Hyderabad office. I asked them for storage as I had to join after 10 days. After reaching Hyderabad I called them that right now I am not able to have all the items as I do not have house. But I need my bike so I can search for house on rent. They sent me my bike after 2 days. Its OK as I was asking to deliver only bike and they had to make some arrangement for the same. Later I called them to deliver all the goods. All the goods were delivered in good condition. They did not charged a single paisa for extra delivery service. They just charge storage charges that they already told me.
Overall my experience was very good.
