I shifted my goods from DED to BLR from Aggarwal Packers and movers(DRS Group). I had in total 50 cartons/items of goods.
When the goods reached me, I had all the 50 items but when I started opening the bags I found several things missing. Crockery boxes were empty. Clothes were missing from the luggage’s. My kitchen 50-60% items were either missing or broken.
I spoke to their rep and he demanded money/co-operation from me in order to resolve the issue. I then got in touch with their registered office and got the operations head phone number and spoke to him. Now its been over 25 days and still the issue is not resolve. All this is happening when I paid them heavily for insurance as well.
I will not recommend Aggarwal packers and movers services to anyone.
