Faced very bad response from Agarwal packers & movers - DRS Group. At the time of booking & packing material at my kolkata residence, Agarwal packer’s people has confirmed that high value items shall be crate/wooden packed at their kolkata warehouse. But it is found that no material is wooden packed. They have shifted as it is and due to very wrong & improper handling, material got seriously damaged. They have just sent a local mechanic for repair which is not at all acceptable.
They have charged 4500/- towards insurance for valuation of 1.5 lac. Even after several reminders they are not at all responding. 1 Package is missed, for that there is no response. My fridge is damaged, for this also they are not at all responding. They dont take care of material. Their insurance is just fake. I will not recommend any one to prefer AGARWAL PACKERS.
