Don’t get in trap of "Bade Bhaiya" and "both are brothers". Actually DRS nowhere matches the quality of Agarwal Packers(i.e. APML). I used APML before, but this time I got into "Bade Bhaiya" trap to save 5-6k of rupees.
Its is one of the worst service I have ever seen. Instead of DRS, better to take some local( not-well-known), at least they work hard to prove themselves and to grow in this field. I have used DRS for shifting over 100 items from bangalore to delhi(GC 4774884). Believe me, they treat your stuff like potato and onion bags. Here is what
most of my boxes are found in wear & tear conditions, couple of them got open from one side and seems many small stuff is lost. Our experience with DRS Agarwal Packers & Movers includes:
my both AC indoor unit body was broken in pieces
many of the boxes and cloths within the suitcases are found in wet. Seems it was left in rain for couple of days.
one of my glass bedside table was found in 2 pieces.
crockery stuffs were full damaged. And, they smartly took off their hand saying those item was not in insurance.
Worst part, I saw they arranged local worker to unload the items from truck. They were so inexperienced, they somehow unloading the stuff and keeping it to home. And if you try to escalate you concern to their Managers or Complain over phone. Their managers are deaf and you will die connecting to their complain and request numbers.
Also, when I asked for the Carpenter to get my TV table and book shelves fitted, they said they don’t have it now and they don’t know when it can be available. I paid 1000 to outside carpenter to come and fix all dismantle stuffs. Don’t waste your money and household with DRS, either go for real Agarwal(APML) or go with some local movers & packers.
I don’t know who this "Bade Bhaiya" is & where he came from, but he is running and cheap service with cheap staff.
