I joined this company as area sales manager an year back. Initially I was very motivated and excited about my career with them, but as it turned out I found this is not a good career choice. To start with, the working hours expected from them is so high. every day I had to work for abour 11 hours to meet my targets. This has a bad effect on the health of most of the employees with them. Atlease they should have offered a good package for the long hours spent by employees. Few employees approached management requesting to offer overtime pay. To everyones shock, some of these employees were asked to quit the company in return. That was the day I realized job security was nil in this company. The work environment and nature is very tiring, as it involves travelling across the city for long hours. I found out that the average salary offered by them is significantly lower than other packets and movers operating from the same region. Overall, I would not like to stay here for a long term career, as the compnay has employee unfriendly policies.
