I am writing to share my deeply disappointing experience with Agarwal Packers and Movers(BADE BHAIYA) during my relocation from Pune to Kolkata in the first week of May 2025.
From the outset, the service was shockingly unprofessional. During the packing and loading process, the staff appeared to be intoxicatedsome were visibly drunk, smoking Ganja, and consuming alcohol right outside my residence. This behaviour was captured on my CCTV camera. Unfortunately, I had no option to cancel the booking as I had a flight scheduled the next morning.
Due to their negligence, my brand-new refrigerator was damaged during the move.
On the same day, my car was picked up for transport to Kolkata. I was assured it would be delivered within 10 days. However, it took an entire month, and the vehicle was driven over 2000 km by road instead of being transported via car carrier as promised.
Throughout this period, I made multiple attempts to get updates, but my calls were either ignored or I was repeatedly told, "Kal shaam tak deliver ho jayega"(It will be delivered by tomorrow evening).
When the car was finally deliveredat 10 PM after a monthI found the front windshield broken and several scratches on the body. When I asked the driver about compensation, he simply said he didnt know and left.
Worse still, when I contacted Mr. Suresh(932501xxxx, GM, Pune), Mr. Srinivas(939105xxxx, GM, Hyderabad), he transferred my call to the claims department. Instead of helping, they abused and threatened me. This behaviour continued whenever I followed up with the claims and operations teams regarding my pending claim.
This entire experience has been extremely stressful, unprofessional, and unacceptable.
If you value your household items and your vehicle, I strongly advise you to never use Agarwal Packers and Movers(BADE BHAIYA).
My claim is still pending, and I have received no resolution or compensation to date.
I tried contacting the number below and sent my damage photo along with the claim details. The first time, they responded, but since then, they have either not answered my calls or spoken in a very rude and abusive manner.
