Agarwal Packers(Bhadebayya - DRS Group) moving services are pathetic. They agree for a quote and during delivery they demand more money. It happened they only loaded after paying an unagreed amount(its around 5K I have paid).
Have moved my goods from Hyderabad to Visakhapatnam. I have paid the full agreed amount during packing and pick-up. But during delivery was told they will delivery only if I pay 5K, they are not sure what this amount is for. I ended up paying up this due to urgency. The visakhaptnam branch is nightmare, the person at this branch does not as how to talk to customer, he is illiterate. Only this company has such such people.
AT the end an item is missing and they do no know where that is.
PLEASE AVOID THIS PACKERS AND MOVERS, YOU ARE TAKING IF YOU CHOOSE THEM. WORST COMPANY WITH NO PROPOER PROCESS AND ALWAYS DEMAND MORE MONEY THAN AGREED QUOTE.
