Bad Customer Service, No Online tracking, Damaged.

Naam Bade, but Darshan Chhote!


"Bade bhaia hai na" - Tag line is totally a lie .


I shifted my luggage vehicle from Bangalore to Udaipur Rajasthan in July 2020.


I picked them just by brand, They charged 15000 extra money for lockdown labour challenges, and I paid that.


There is No Customer Centric process, No Customer Support avaiable. No online tracking processes, not every formal papers, other than bilty of luggage.


Only way to get any update about process, money, tracking is call their staff(90% busy phone lines) and get tired, so lot of harassment at each level.


Staff has more power than CEO/Chairman of the company, Every staff has EGO and will shout on you and run the game in his style, they will not even respect the promise given by their Chairman as well.

  • They got my luggage wet in rain water(many wooden things damaged), I did not fight as their staff shouts too much & charges extra money every time.

  • They got my Car damaged(a big dent in back diggi, which needed to be replaced in service), for this repair & payment, they made me run all the way to all people.

  • They took 1 month to give me 50% damage charges, after so much torture and negotiation, There is no formal process for claim also, it all depends on staff mood.

  • In short, every day I used to call multiple people, I never got a call from them till 15-20 days after my car accident.

In Conclusion - Bad Customer Service, No Online tracking, No Customer Centric process.
