I booked a consignment from Raipur, GC no. 4627161- material packed on 19-04-19, committed delivery 23-04-19, finally today (04-05-19) I got the delivery. They will take 100% advance, but you will not find a single person responsible, no online tracking (the app just don’t work), wrong web address is given in their bill (which belongs to some other Agarwal Packers), some of the packages are soiled, insurance rate 3% (normally transit insurance cost 1-2%), after all this, their delivery person will keep on insisting for tips ~3k n will not settle for less than 2k. Over all a very unprofessional organization looking for one time business from one customer. PLEASE SHARE THIS TO SAVE THAT UNLUCKY ONE TIME CUSTOMER.
