Beware people beware.
First of all don’t ever confuse these pathetic Packers n Movers with other Agarwal Packers and movers group like I did. I am seriously paying so bad for that.
I got my Harley Davidson bike transported from Jallandhar to Bangalore.
I booked them with whatever amount they asked, just after getting the assurance that they will send the Bike in a fully wooden crate packing but cheaters took my bike from my home only with bubble wrap saying that they will do rest of the packing in at Ludhiana in their office and I believed. They took 15 days to transport the bike after promising 7 day delivery.
And when it reached I lost my senses. Bike was only wrapped in cardboard and lamination. I stood stunned because even looking at that tempo I was pretty sure that they have smashed my vehicle. Suddenly I notice the completely broken footrest and I was in shock because that footrest only was on 9000rs which I just got install before transporting from my home. And as soon as they got it down and started unwrapping it it kept on loosing my temper. I called the Ludhiana Branch manager and he assured me for the settlements, he said me write a mail and let go, but I was not that stupid he thought I am and he was not that smart. I made footage of everything, even got the written from the labor who came to deliver.
As I suspected I sent a mail and none of those third class company employees replied.
Again I sent mail then some of their claim team member named as MURLI replied asking some regional employee Kuldeep to handle my matter. In between their so called branch GM Manish sent a senseless mail to its own team asking about the insurance. Again a day passed and no one replied. Then I made calls to both of the branch managers and in conference they asked me get the estimate of the damages and advised me to get it claimed by Insurance. The deal was that they will pay me the differentiated amount.
Next day I asked their surveyor to come directly to the Harley Showroom to show him the exact picture of the mess they have created. With no wonder Harley guys made the estimate of 1.5 Lakh and I gave the one copy to their surveyor as well to show the shameless employees that what all they have done.(Pictures attached.)
Again I sent mail asking that now what further can be expected from them and as expected none of the shameless employees of Agarwal Packers DSR group bothered to reply.
So now I will pull their collars by every other mean. They will better learn that how to damage someone’s property. They will learn how to deal with customers. They think that a customer is a like a dog who is barking and it dosent matter to them but now I will show them that what happens when a customer is going to bite their guts out.
