I had to shift within Bangalore 15 KM from my house, they asked 20K for shifting locally for a 3BHK load. I went by the name thinking service would be good and agreed for the amount though it was 20% costly than other movers and packers. Their marketing executive Mohanlal came and told that it would take 2 days to shift, first day they will do packing and next day they would move the goods. He told labor would come at 8:30 in the morning and will finish moving same day. He promised to send 6 people on the day of move and 19 feet truck. Now the horror started for me. First day only 3 labor came for packing at 11:30 AM, packed few house hold items and went by 5 pm as they did not come with enough packing material. Next day they came with a truck much smaller then the original promised size and only 5 people came instead of that too at 11 AM instead of 8:30 AM as promised. They brought very cheap packing material with them, though they brought one roll of bubble wrap but asked for old newspaper from us for packing glass and kitchen items. They just wanted to save on the packing material as much as possible, we have to constantly watch them to make sure they are packing the items or not, few items they had kept unpacked and we had to ask the to pack them properly. 4 out of 5 labor was on daily wage and had practically no experience in packing. Hence they could not complete the packing in time and also as the truck was small they told they have to make 2 trips, so they shifted some items on second day and told they would come third day to shift the remaining, I had no choice but to agree to that, somehow I managed to sleep in the new house on the mattress kept on floor as they could not assemble the bed because only half parts were shifted. Next day they called 8:00 AM and told they would reach by 9 AM, I went to old house and waited till 11 AM, no-one turned up, on calling they told that they have sent the labor to another client. I tried to call few people including their manager Manish Jain but nobody helped. Even I ried to call their Hyderabad call center but they were equally worse and hung up on me several times. This shows that their whole organizational culture it self is bad including management and they are just a bunch of cheap people extracting money from people without caring for quality and customer experience. Anyhow no shifting happened on third day also, finally they came on 4th day and shifted the remaining goods. Over all they took 4 days to shift locally. I had lot of hardship during the shifting. Kindly run away from them as soon as you hear their name unless you want to torture yourself. This is fake Agarwal packer and mover, you may better go with the one which have "A" in the symbol, not the DRS one, though it may be more expensive
