I made a big mistake by opting agarwal packers by DRS group. I could have gone through reviews. We recently shifted our home from bangalore to vijayawada. When they gave quote it is 10k more compared to other packers. But they promised our furniture will be packed in a professional way and there will be no damage. Staff are soo unprofessional. They don’thandle things carefully. As the full payment is already made, vijayawada staff were so careless and didn’t even fix the furniture. They just left everything at our door and went.
Sorry for the long post but please dont get cheated by their awards and all. I ended up paying more and now have to pay for fixing the damage. I called them on customer care they were so arrogant as I said i called them to give complaint.
