This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. I had my luggage transported from hubli to Pune.
Firstly they committed it will reach in 2 days but it reached after 6 days instead.
Secondly they did not bring in the same truck it was loaded in. I found out that they unload the luggage in their godowns and then keep it there for few days and then transfer it.
Thirdly while they kept my luggage in their awesome godowns, they also supplied bedbugs to me along with it which I had no clue about.
My luggage came in and after a day I started feeling the infestation. And that too not minimal infestation. My boxes had a LOT OF BEDBUGS which by now made home in my home in every corner.
Fourth they delivered half items to my home and half they kept in my apartment downstairs saying they will come the next day since they will need more men to carry my cupboards. The next day I had to keep following up since morning. Instead of morning they came one day later to keep the cupboard after I argued with them for a whole day with continuous calls.
Later when I called them to tell them about the bedbugs they had gotten into my home, they refused to take responsibility of it. And after that they stopped receiving my calls. I never write such long reviews but for this services, I beg you to not get your luggage transported by these people. They are simply unprofessional, horrible and it is overall a very bad and pathetic experience. Not recommended AT ALL!!!
