Worst Packers and Movers I have ever come across. The company is full of people who can go to any extent to get their money out of their customers, least bothered about the quality they provide. Don’t know how to even talk to customer. They do not use the packing material what they promise to use. Absolutely unprofessional way of packing. What more, they would ask you for the packing material and still expect us to pay to them. We moved from Gurgaon to Hyderabad, we were not given correct information about the status of our luggage and the cars. We were informed that the luggage left for Hyderabad before we left the city. It has been 15 days since we have reached and we have still not got our luggage. When enquired, they say, it is in transit and will reach you tomorrow. We got one of teh cars, badly ruined, damage is a small word to describe what the car has gone through. Will strongly recoomend never ever think of getting your stuff moved through Agarwal Movers and Packers DRS group.
