I had to shift my house hold goods from DELHI to Bangalore and I had call for DRS Agarwal and who land at my place was a person name my ARVIND SHARMA marketing execetive from Agarwal professional packer and moverse gurgaon telling that he is from DRS Agarwal was asked him in detail about the DRS group he told me that the company is divided by their brothers and its into different name like the professional which is not a part of DRS group, I trusted these people and handed over my goods to them and all my goods were damage and some off the items were missing and he had told me that they will be sending it a seperate container and they sent in open truck with shared items off the transporter which they had hired. when I contacted the management regarding this for the 1st time they received my call after that they dint even borther to receive the call. so people please dont trust people who come from agarwal professional packer and mover they are fruds.
